    I made this tractor quilt for an auction on my church. Everyone told me the chevron border looked like tractor tire tracks.[ATTACH=CONFIG]586370[/ATTACH]

    I would use 1/2 square triangles in tan/green, then border with dark red, then 1/2 square triangles in red/tan, finishing off with a brown or rust colored border. Depends on size you want to achieve. Also a 4 patch blocks all around would look nice incorporating colors in panel.

    I just finished a deer panel with French Braid to surround, it turned out beautiful. I am going to post it now in the pictures section
