thank you ladies, border will be. I am appliquéing a blue flower in corners, once this is done I will show it again here

I love the overall look of the added border. I think you should remove the small white border though. So pinwheels, blue border, appliqué border. It's beautiful!

Yes!!!!! The embroidery borders look like them were made for the pinwheels. Love how you have the pinwheels floating.
