Welcome from S. California. You have many choices in machines...just gotta narrow it down to what features are in need. I have Babylock Symphony and it's a warhorse. It is very versatile...I piece and FMQ quilt with no difficulty. One feature that is a huge timesaver is the auto-threading and cutting. So convenient. Good luck and congratulations on your retirement.

Welcome from KY!
We lived in Parma for about 6 years, and had our 2nd daughter at South West General Hospital in Middleburg Hts.
We lived in Pleasant Lake Apartments with the big pond and all the Canadian geese.
Memories
I first learned to quilt in Ohio, about 20 years ago.
