Great customer service from Craftsy.
I had a problem with accessing one class on Craftsy Unlimited. Craftsy replied to my email, explained the problem and gave me one free class of my choice. At first I thought well I get them free anyway but then realized if I don't renew I still have my bought classes to watch.

I have found Craftsy to have good service. I had 2 accounts with some classes in both. I contacted craftsy and the girl I spoke with was very accommodating. She moved all my classes to one account. She even contacted me about a week later and asked if everything was ok and if I had any problems to contact her again. I don't know about others, but when a company gives good service, I will always return there. If I have a bad experience, the company will never get my business another time.

I had the same experience about a year ago...don’t know how I got two accounts. I have enjoyed many Craftsy classes over the past 4 or 5 years.
