Donna... Your tan cornerstones really help balance the scrappy colors in your quilt top. I would have never thought of using that color. Looks very soothing and warm even with the scrappy blocks. Wonderful eye!!

All the blocks from the book are now complete. If I want to do a 11 x 13 layout will need to make 4 more. Think I found the fabric for the borders/outer block sashing w/the rust tho will need to get a lighter gray for the inner border. Last 2 blocks I6 Laurel Wreath, and L6 Rolling Star

Auntjo....fantastic quilt top!! Love it!!! Congratulations on finishing.. I think Dotty ended up doing the same thing a chose blocks from other samplers, too, though not sure which sampler...maybe Farmers Wife or Dear Jane... Regardless, so,excited for you...
