Tartan, that is so sweet to say. We celebrated our Christmas already as my son and his wife came in from Boston to Florida to see us early as their schedules allowed. I have had my celebration already, couldn't ask for anything more.

Well, you may think this is weird, but I have asked for a ping pong table so I can set it up in the garage to layer my quilts on. I can't crawl around on the floor anymore. The grandkids are excited that they will be able to play table tennis.

I bought my own Christmas gift this year. I got the extension table to go with the SewEzi table I bought myself for my birthday in October. I make his life easy

We will be remodeling the kitchen after tax returns so that is all I want for Christmas. At the moment it has a huge useless island taking up way too much space and, as it's also our dining room, we barely have room to get around. I told my DH it has to be done before I'm nine months pregnant because I won't fit in the kitchen otherwise!

We received the best gift ever already. Had an early Christmas weekend and our granddaughter and her husband gave us a gift that they said needed to be opened first. Inside was a pair of baby tennis shoes, a bib, and a baby ornament. YES, we will be grandparents around the 1st of July. We had a baking party on Saturday with lots of sweet and heritage recipes and Sunday we had Christmas dinner. So I don't have any thing that would top the gift we already received and have started baby quilts etc...

    Merry Christmas everyone.

I remodeled my kitchen a couple years ago. Huge mess, but best thing ever. I had fairly new appliances so I didn't replace those but I re-did the 30+ year old formica that was cracking where it was coved up to the cabinets with Corian and tile and refinished the cabinets. Then I took the 20+ year old wallpaper down and painted. OMG! What an improvement! You're going to love your new kitchen.

We don't exchange gifts. He buys what he wants during the year and I do to.

I hope everyone gets what they want. Happy Holidays everyone.
