OK, Patti's center has been yakking at me ever since I got it. It's gonna be hard to follow JoeAnn, but I already know what I want to do! Now I just have to figure out the execution!

Gai, I guess I was so busy that I missed the pictures of what you've done with the two centers. My first reaction was, "Holy Crud!" Wow.........that beadwork on the first is amazing! I absolutely love the caterpillar! And I'm envious of the second one, as when I tried my hand at the variation of that on Terri's center, my math was waaaaay off and.......well, it just doesn't look as meticulous as yours, though I still like the way it turned out. You did an amazing job on both!!!!!

Thanks Ducky! But to make the math easier on Mel's center, I added the purple coping strips, to make everything divisible by a common number. And the beadwork wasn't done by me, it was done by JoeAnn. It's just that she can't post pictures, so I did as soon as it got to me. I can't take credit for being anything other than JoeAnn's friend!! :P :P

See what happens when I don't pay close enough attention to the posts???? Well, I truly love the beadwork. AND, I wish I would have used a coping strip with my border for Terri's center. I KNEW I wanted to put Kanji somewhere in the border, and so I ended up just working around it. Yours turned out so well.

But..now, I am drooling all over the place...I think I'm just gonna have to make a phone call in the morning to thank JoAnne...that is amazing and NOOOO...Gai...You cannot keep it! JoAnne...thank you!!! thank you!!!! thank you!!!! Its is beautiful!!! DH even gave his grunt of approval!

Mel's center looks amazing too! The strip to help out with the math is a brilliant idea! Why didn't I think of that??? Oh yeah...I'm not that brilliant.

Did I tell you all that I got Gai's center in the mail??? No??? Well...it is absolutely GORGEOUS! I don't have a clue what I'm gonna add after that wonderful job that Miss Chopped Liver did....Hmmmm...thinking hard now!
