Default Bernina Sewing Machine Manual

I "rescued" a 1006 and a 1010 Anniversary Edition Bernina sewing machine from going to the dump. In need of manuals for them. I have searched on line for a free download but haven't found the right site. I am techie challenged and do not order anything off line with my credit card. Any suggestions of where I might find these? I am so excited about these machines. I already have a home for one if I can get them humming. Neither of us thought we would ever own a Bernina.

The Bernina site used to have a section for old machine manuals and they don't charge. They're free to download.

I found some youtube videos about the 1006 and they also referenced the 1008 in their titles. I'm wondering if the 1008 and the 1006 are really similar (like the 1530 and the 1630). Here's a link to one identifying parts on the machines https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQbyGzYU1ik

Sewingpartsonline.com has a manual for the 1006 but it's not free. https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/bernina-1006-sewing-machine-parts.aspx?filter.manualtype=Instruction%20Manual&sort.ss_cat_sort=desc&index=1

Here's another one, Again not free https://www.sewingmachinemanual.com/be10inma.html

I found a link to a manual for the 1008 you can view on line, it does have a company watermark on it, but you can still read the entire thing.

Here's a link from BerninaofAmerica.com: https://www.bernina.com/en-US/Suppor...Sewing-Systems. Looks like the closest to your machine is the 1011. The 1008 manual would be best, but Bernina is still making the 1008, so you're not likely to get it for free.

This is my favorite site for free manuals. https://www.manualslib.com/products/...6-9541470.html
Here's the page for Berninas https://www.manualslib.com/brand/bernina/ I don't know them well enough to know which ones are similar.
