I assume you have weighted those pin cushions. I have been thinking about making one of these and found a free pattern online where the blogger weighted the pin cushion part with door hinges.

Your thread catchers and sewing machine mat are wonderful. I have saved the patterns but have yet to try and make one.

Yes,I have the sew-ezee sewing table, however your sewing machine sets down inside the table, the sewing mat does not work, as the bobbin case is below the top of the sewing table - I tried this and it was a pain, lifting it to change the bobbin. I did purchase the small tray for the table, and love it - it holds my garbage can and pincushion, along with other small items. I also use a small table on both sides of my sew-ezee table, to hold my foot box and sewing machine guide booklet, along with my pattern and cut out fabrics which I am sewing together.

I am in love with your mat and with you pincushions. All of the materials are sitting here ready to make this same pincushion and I keep telling myself will it be today? Well not today, not until I get the quilt I am working on finished. But maybe I can get one made just to play with. I just love them. Thank you for sharing.

Love your fabrics for the thread catchers. I bought one and like it a lot except the 'catcher' is too large & heavy, and droops --think I will attach a smaller one. I have the same machine, bought new in mid 80's for $1400, but the combo emb/sew unit came along and my 1475 went into the closet (for yrs now!). Isn't it fun writing messages with it? and the IDT is wonderful. Do you have the ''creative Designer box? I only used mine a couple of times.
