    Default No knead bread

This is so easy and faster. The only thing I changed was an additional half tsp of salt.
    Give it a try.

That looks like a fun bread recipe to try but I don't have a dutch oven. Would any other pot or pan do?

I did the one that she speaks about at the beginning of her video, the one that you let raise overnight and I baked it in a pot that goes in the oven because I do not own a Dutch oven and it was just fine. worth trying don't you think?

dutch oven is a 6 quart pot with a lid basically.
The one I grew up with was cast iron, but mine is stainless.

I have this bubbling on the counter...that video made it look too delicious to not try. And I dug out Rob's cast iron dutch over to bake it in..in for a penny in for a pound.
