Default Jelly Art Cakes

Has anyone ever seen, made, or tasted these fabulous cakes? They're made with gelatin, or agar agar and injected with colored jelly to create fantastic flowers, fish, letters, anything really. Some have a cookie, or cake base, some have a cheesecake base, some are just jelly. Check these out!

Note for US readers -- "jelly" = jello, not the stuff you buy in a jar from Smuckers.

This video shows Japanese cooking demo creating a strawberry, no-bake cheesecake with a jelly top...gorgeous! I may have to try my hand at making this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2utgqRCAIr4

I'm a big fan of Jello as an art form for potlucks and baby showers and such, will make it if I have a suitable sized group often including a fancy pattern or flowers or whatever. Unfortunately, all my favorite recipes make a lot, 12 servings or more so I don't make them for home often especially now with the hubby keto and the son vegan.

I have seen some pretty things at buffets and such but had a lot of fun looking at advanced ones.

As fancy as I've gotten myself is when my son was young and I would take blue jello and the miniature Swedisn fish candies and stick a few in the jello... I thought it was quite the meal with a hot dog octopus -- but he didn't appreciate hot dogs either. He did like the boxed Kraft mac and cheese I put the hot dogs on just fine...
