    You have a good memory! I do normally only use purple. I just love purple. My last four quilts have not been purple....but my next four will be. I strayed off the path for a while...but it was temporary.

    Great job with the layer cake. I like the pattern you used to show the pretty squares. I remember that layer cake. Yes, there were some un-loved squares.

    I think I know that fabric - is it Dragonfly Dance? I bought one too...but I still haven't decided what to do with them. I *love* your solution, it's gorgeous!
