Nice blocks. Klaws I like your second block.... You have the cow back and front! I like your blue daisy print block the best.

So glad to hear Janice is doing better than expected!

Hello group. This is Greg Ellis, son of Jan Alexander (JABA). I am writing to let you know my mother has not opened the USPS package on these squares. She has had 3 strokes in the last week and is currently laid up in the hospital. She wanted me to let the group know and she will be out of squares until further notice. What can be done with the squares? Should they be sent to someone else? Thank you for you understanding.

Great blocks, Klaws! I love my blue one with the daisies. Thank you!

Here is an anvil for Libster. I think this is the perfect block for large florals! You don't have to chop them up small.

Greg Ellis, thank you for writing us about your mother. I'm shocked... seems like she just spoke to us. We will keep her in our prayers, as we have before, and hope for all good things for her.

Someone else will take over her block making (squares). Our group leader is down at the moment too, just having had shoulder surgery. I'm sure she will be in touch with you as soon as she reads your message. She will give you an address of where to send the quilting squares to.

Your mom is also in a Round Robin swap (adding rounds on a big quilt.) There probably is one in progress at her house. If you find it, let me know, and I will tell you what to do with it. I'm not sure which one she has or I'd send you a picture.

Thanks again, and tell Jan not to worry about anything here. Tell her to rest and get her strength back.
Bonnie

Dear Greg -- So sorry to hear about this. Give Jaba our love. Stay strong, all of you! Doctors can do amazing things these days and your mom is a great fighter. If she is talking about the BOOM blocks, that's great! I am praying for her full recovery very quickly. God bless you all.

Default Jaba

GReg Ellis, I’m am very sorry to hear about Jan. Please know she will be in our thoughts. You can return the package to me and we’ll take care of it for her. I have Your mother’s cell phone number. I’ll try to call it tomorrow. Hopefully you and I can speak. When you talk with your mother next, please tell her not to concern herself about the swap and that we love her.

Klaws love your blocks, especially mine.

Sewbiz your anvil does perfectly showcase Libster’s floral fabric
