Default Do you collect quilty Christmas ornaments?

I enjoy displaying a small Christmas tree in my sewing room. I also added a few Knitting ornaments.
Please share your quilting ornaments and/or sewing area Christmas or Holiday decorations.

This is cute and what a fun idea. A separate Quilt tree. Merry Christmas!

I don't "collect" quilty ornaments but seem to accumulate them from different sources. No separate tree just mixed with other ornaments on main tree. Your tree is very cute. Merry Christmas.

This is so cute! I love the sewing machine ornament!!! I want one! You think it's too late to put it on my christmas list?-lol

I made snowflake ornaments with the kids this year. I posted them in Personal Diaries and Announcements under Craft Day with Kiddos. They are not quilted, but some are out of fabrics. Merry Christmas!-Toogie

2-3 years ago, I found at the local thrift store, a brand-new, still in the box collection of Jim Shores "Misfits"(Charlie in the box, the train with square wheels and others) from Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. On each character/ornament there is a quilt block. They are very cute! I don't have kids or grandkids. eventually these will be gifted to someone special Jo

I see in your photo that we have the same ornament: the sewing machine with the red and white quilt under the needle.
You have given my so many ideas to add ornaments and decorations around the tree! Thank you!

I like your ruler ornaments and metal bobbins. Your wooden blocks and scrabble letters are adorable too to add to your decorations. I agree with you that quilty ornaments are hard to find. I have found most of mine at Quilt Shows or have made a few from tutorials.

1. from buying boxes of sewing stuff at garage sale/auctions I had bobbins I had no idea what they went to. So had fun joining them for an ornament.
2. On the tall silver tree the ornaments on there are wooden nickels given out by each quilt shop during the states (NEBR) shop hop one year. I just used these small clip from JoAnn's to clip on them, they had a hook to hook onto the tree.
