I used an AccuQuilt die to cut my fabrics for the Hunter's Star quilt which made it much easier to put the various pieces together.

Both are beautiful, but the Hunter's Star is my favorite. I've always liked the design, but never made one because I thought I would get bored with just two colors. I never dreamed that a scrappy Hunter's Star could be so magnificent.

These are both gorgeous! You did a fantastic job. I like how you used the bright, colorful fabrics for the Hunter's Star. That gives the quilt a fresh, happy look. And the Arboretum one is so modern and soothing. I love them both.

Thank you all for your compliments! I find that arranging "rainbow" blocks to be really difficult. I have been doing the Rainbow Scrap Challege (superscrappy.blogspot.com) for a number of years and decided to stop this year. I have accumulated too many blocks that I just can't seem to fit together. Guess it's time to make an "orphan" quilt!
