How is the weather there SallyS? It is windy here and they say it originated in California. Would you please shut the gate? What machine do you use to embroidery?

Hello from the midwest, central Illinois. We've just moved from the Seattle area and haven't made it a year yet -- but I just had a friend call from Alaska and I'm glad I no longer live there (except for my BFF).

I'm a piecer and don't do embroidery either by machine or hand any more...

Another warm welcome from Southern California! Since I invested in the Accuquilt cutting system 13 years ago, I use it to cut everything. And also do machine embroidery - my machine is a Viking Designer Topaz 20, so much fun. Haven't been super active quilting for the past year in a half due to medical reasons but hope to get more involved soon. What's your favorite quilting activity?

Welcome from Iowa. Used to live in White Sands Missile Range bank in the last 70's. Loved it there and when we would drive into Las Crucas. Loved the weather and could seem to grow just about anything out there and very fast.
