Default Has anyone tried this rotary cutter?

I found a cute teal mini retracting 28mm rotary cutter and wondered if anyone has tried this cutter yet?

One was in last year's Christmas box. A guild member had hers at sew day. It worked fine. She used it at her machine for trimming block units.

FYI blade is not replaceable. $10.00 , discounted to 9.95???
I would rather have a Fiskars titanium 28mm replaceable blade rotary cutter. $8.33 on amazon.
