SBG, glad you made it safely to TN. I never thought about using a magnetic seam guide. Do you use one?
Terriamn, hope the party was loads of fun for everyone, especially hubby!
Just sitting here on the sofa with a cup of coffee and the pup. It’s always a nice way to start the day. Absolutely no sign of her being ill. I’m dumbfounded but I’m grateful.

Beautiful block, Hav. Those colors are dreamy. My last block is waiting for me to get home, and it's Janice's too. I have already pulled the fabric and have picked a cool modern pattern. Just didn't have time to make it.
So glad Ripley is doing well, Janice! YES on the magnetic seam guide. It helps get nice straight seams and consistent seam allowances. I love it. Pop on down to JoAnn's and get one!

HAV gorgeous block for Janice
Today’s block is for Macybaby. Hope you like it.
This afternoon I am heading to quilting at the clubhouse. Will be taking my problem child block apart. Then from 4-6 is the last live driveway concert of the season and once again we are hosting it. Weather isn’t the best hoping the show will go on. These are so much fun, people stop by with their chairs and or golf carts and listen to our friend sing. The last time he sang here he was asked to sing at three more places. That didn’t make his wife to happy but she just grins and bears it.

Hav, fantastic block! Thank you! I would have loved seeing what you’d have done with these blocks. I’ll be looking for more than an ordinary setting, that’s for sure.
