Wow, they are going to love it! When you say machine quilted, did you quilt it on your domestic sewing machine?

What a neat idea to use the two different borders. It makes sense and adds personality to the quilt.

I must have missed this when you first posted it. I'm glad the post got revived, because it's a gorgeous quilt. I also like the border treatment.
