I had to hurry and finish so I could have them completed and mailed before we headed home to Minnesota for the summer. Some other booms I have had a lot on my plate and have been one of the last to finish.

I checked the first posting of the sign-up about a couple of weeks ago to confirm the dates. That is when I began to wonder if I had missed a message. The end of May seems far, far away. No predictions of when I will finish but.... it will be before the due date, unless some disaster occurs.

You do know we are praying for your pup to stay healthy!

I spent the day in Shipshewana with a couple of non-quilting friends. They were good about allowing me time in Lolly's to pick out a blender for a mystery quilt and the needed fabric for my final baby quilt for the spring. I dare not say for the year. I am sure another one or two will pop up between now and December.

Monday will be back to Boom Day after a day celebrating Easter at church and then with brother and his children and grands eating, chasing jelly beans and telling family stories. My grands are all far, far away this weekend. Glad to have extended family close by to feast with.

Sewbiz, That quilt is stunning. Being that it is hand pieced and quilted make it all the more beautiful.
