I have two finishes for April. One is a Carpenter's Star quilt that will be sent to CASA. The other project was at least 20 years old. I found it in a tub in the attic. I had hand quilted the center square. I picked out the hand quilting stitches and quilted it on my Nolting. It brings back great memories of a dear friend. I'm so glad it's finished!

I finished two quilts in April also. Both incorporate orphan blocks as well as guild blocks of the month. I can't remember where I saw the unusual setting with black, but I enjoyed making it.
