Default Tidal Pool is finished

I thought this was a really cool pattern by Marlous Designs, but I was determined to buy all the needed fabrics at one shop at one time, and I wasn't totally happy with my options or my decisions. Then, curved piecing and free-hand cutting, kind of a drag. Anyway, it languished for a couple years before I finally finished piecing it this winter. Then I found more of the large print I used on the front to use as backing. That helped me get a little more excited about it. The panto is called Target by Anne Bright Designs. I wanted to try it out on my longarm before I used it on my daughter's new quilt, and it was perfect for this top. So here it is. Thanks for looking.

Super nice! Great colors and pattern. I agree that curved piecing is a drag. So much that I have only done curves once and probably won't ever again. Whoever gets this one will love it.

Color choices a perfect. I particularly like the fabric that you used for the back and also on the front. At least from the photos it looks like little pebbles lined up and that again matches the colors and the mood and name of your quilt. You get the courage award for all of those curves! What a lovely finish to a challenging quilt.
