    Default Leftover childrens fabrics

I've made a total of 5 charity pillow cases, all from leftover childrens quilt fabric this week for a childrens hospital in this state.
I could have cut them up into "I Spy" blocks, but I'd probably have scraps left. The cases used up the majority of the fabric....almost no scraps.
The pattern was free and was calledd "Burrito Pillowcase". I may be making more of these.

Those are so cute. I know the kids will love them. Years ago, we bought animal pillowcases for our 3 girls, about age 4 to 7. They loved those pillowcases for many years.

I like to make them too for kids that I know. It's a wonderful way to have a pillow without having to buy a full sheet set. They are fun - your pillowcases will be greatly appreciated.

What a wonderful way to put a smile on a kids face that is going through some trauma. And a good way to move some fabric as well. Both should add a smile to your face too.

Yesterday I was trying to organize my fabric and ran across a bunch of children's fabric. I sorted it and cut it for pillowcases, sewing them is today's project.
