    do you know of any other foods that help fight stress???

    This is almost a year later but just checking out recipes and ran across this one.
    I know a teacher who has a baked potato in the microwave as soon as she gets home from school to get rid of her stress. Potatoes have melatonin in them which also is a sleep aid.
