    Love those scrapy quilts too. They had one in a quilt magazine I viewed recently but can not remember the magazine, it had only a binding and no border. What ever border you put on them pops that color in the quilt. That type of quilt does not need a border, but if you want a bigger quilt, it helps. Love your quilt.

    I have one like that that my mom made for me. A few of the blocks wore and opened at the seams. I mended it on the sewing machine with a close zig zag. That was before I started quilting. I keep it at our cottage, and use it during the summer.
