I've just finished putting the fabric up on our store's website.
http://alturl.com/g9w93
So we're now officially taking pre-orders on the fabric. The price is $8.55 / yard through October 28th, and after that it will be $8.70. The reason for the price difference is that, since we've ordered the full collection, we get a 15-cent/yard price break from South Seas on our initial order. We won't get the discount on reorders.
I figure it's safe assume that we can increase quantities on our initial order up through October 28th (and we will still get our price break). But that weekend Quilt Market will be happening (the big trade show in the fabric industry), and this line will be shown to stores all over the country. At that point, it'll be too late to add to our order and still be sure of getting delivery.
If you're wondering how pre-orders work: it gets you "in line" and reserves a cut of fabric for you. If you pay by credit card, while we collect payment information (credit card details) we don't actually charge your card until the fabric comes in. If you pay using your PayPal balance, we don't have the option to "charge you later"; payment happens at the time you place your order. For this reason, I always recommend just using a credit card for pre-orders.

Oh, silly me! Thanks for pointing that out. I guess it's wishful thinking on my part. As in... I wish I already had these to look at in person!

I finally have a copy of the yardage requirements for the Bouquet Gallery quilt. It's supposed to finish off to about 88" x 98". It requires 13 yards of fabric to do the top, which would mean that the price for a kit to make the top would cost $110. The pattern sheet will be included (free).
I don't plan on including the backing in the kit, though it would require 3 yards of 110" fabric.
This would be the first time we'd be selling a kit, so please tell me if you think the price is in the right range.
