Congratulations SandraD and Quilt4U...
Now, I need to get my butt in gear and lose more. I lost 8 lbs a couple of months ago but haven't lost an ounce since :(
But since starting with this thread in January, I've lost 10 lbs :D.... not too fast avg 1 - 2 lbs/month but I'm not gaining them back so I'm happy there :D

Congrats to Sandra D and everyone else who lost weight. I am down 6 lbs, which is a big improvement after last month's gain! Good luck in Oct. everyone!

Hello, I hope that this isn't too late. I lost 10 pounds in September. :-D I am working towards losing more. Please wish me luck will there be a November weight loss challenge?

OK now am I the only one who thinks this but every time I have written SandraD I think of the movie Grease where Olivia Newton John is sitting on the hill watching the car race and she sings.........

Look at me I'm Sandra Dee oh happy I wiil be..........or it goes something like that.

I know I am crazy...........
