Erin, luckily you were there for you friends children and grandchildren... after all, your fabric and sewing machine will be there anytime, but the moments you share with loved ones are precious and few.

I did get started quilting on a braid quilt I made a few years ago. SITD on the sashing and around border. Still trying to decide how to quilt the braid columns. Thanks for the push. It's been a long time. I'll post after I get more done.
