Jaba, What fabulous quilts you make. Boggles my mind. I will be lucky if I can even get one finished this YEAR! The pictures you post are wonderful and give all of us encouragement. Thanks too for all the nice directions.

Everyone's quilts are looking fantastic!! This whole thread is a keeper. All the ideas........... THANKS to Elisabrat & Jabba. Elisabrat get all well soon. You are such a generous person.
Took another month off to finish another UFO. That is two in two months!!! Now am back to quilting my Medallion. I only used one round from this thread, but it helped to send my creative juices into over time. I did not make the graduation deadline of 5/20. My great nephew or his family does not expect the quilt, it is a surprise to all. Will post when quilted.

oh please show us your medallion quilt giquilt!! we would love to see it. Jaba is so fast with her sewing she accomplishes so much in such a short time it boggles my mind. I am good for about half a dozen quilts a year. that is maybe a three month run for her. IF she is moving slow lol. Love it. posting pictures of the round I did hope you like them .. give me two minutes

this the round.. actually very pretty if you didn't put it next to the real quilt. I guess it will be saved for another quilt so I have a huge head start

OMG I figured it out!!! lol these are the excuses I have for not finishing my round this month I have to go to plan B which I believe will be a simple four patch block all around in blue and white.

Jaba, I was just playing around with the new post #1493. I'm thinking of turning it 1/4 turn and it makes kind of an argyle look. I think then I could use 2 different reds since I don't have enough of any red that I have left. Green for large, white for medium and red for small. Thanks for the idea. I wanted to do the lattice from last time but didn't have enough red. I think this will work.

dd I think that would work out fine, would be pretty easy to fit in "scrappy reds" so you'd have enough. Show us a pic when you get done. Would love to see everyone's final top as you get them finished. This has been fun to do, something different on the board.

Wow these are all so pretty! Mine is still on hold but ideas are percolating, thanks to all of you.
Brat, sorry to hear you've been having problems, but glad you're doing better now.
One of these days when life settles down a bit I will get back in my sewing room and see what I can come up with to continue mine.
By the way, Scarborough Faire was lots of fun as well as lots of work, thus no sewing time for the past couple of months. Will see what happens next. Might be going to Colorado.
