    You did a great job. I can see where this block might make me tear my hair out trying to get it right, but I can see that you didn't let it get you down, you nailed it! Way to go!

    The quilt police are way over-rated! I think your block looks great. I've seen quilts from way more experienced quilters that don't have "pointy-points"!

    congratuations! You are "stretching" yourself, and that is how we learn and become more accomplished. Not always fun, but often necessary if we want to move forward. Beautiful block!

    It looks great to me - I love that particular quilt - I wanted to do this one too - but the price was too much for me - would love to see yours when its finished.
