    Just a quick note for someone asking about the main pattern idea. I want to give credit to Quiltmaker November-December 2014 and Anita Grossman Soloman for her quilts in the magazine and the sharing of her pattern so I could add my own ideas to make them a tad different. Making the 140 blocks was a challenge but I really learned a lot. Will post the other quilt when it is completed (probably next month).

    Beautiful quilt. I think I am going to have to look for that magazine. I would like to use up some of my scraps. Thanks for sharing your great work.

    The backing has all the colors in tiny flowers/vines/itty-bitty fruit from the colors of the 9" squares.
