You could put Alyce Jones Stitchinripper. That way your marriage is represented on the label. I don't know what you last name is so I substituted Jones....

Made by Aunt Alyce. My sister got divorced and my kids still refer to her ex as Uncle (they haven't seen him in years).

I would think that those receiving the quilt would want the name of the "aunt" that made the quilt for them.

I label all of my quilts what they are for Christmas, birthday, etc, made especially for who ever, date and made by me with the name of the town I live in. I would use the suggestion from e4- technically you were and still are a part of the family. You have spent the time making the quilt and if others don't like the label too bad.

Thanks for your great suggestions everyone. I think I pulled them all together into something I'm comfortable with. And Jingle, I don't normally put a label on my quilts, but, this one I think is a bit different.
