I've been sewing since Home Ec in high school many, many years ago and quiltmaking for 26 years---so I wanted to use "cutandsew" but it was already taken. After a few tries I ended up with "kutnso". My real name is Monalisa so you can imagine all the teasing. I also paint, so now I only use half of my given name, Mona.
    Happy sewing, Kutnso

I always wanted a nickname, but my mother would never allow anyone to call me anything other than Jennifer. If someone tried to call me Jenny, she would draw herself up as high as her 5' 2" frame would allow and say "My daughter is not a donkey!"

Then about eight years ago my best friend started calling me Jennerator because I got things done. I loved it! I finally had a nickname. After she died I put JENNR8R on my license plate in her memory.

If I was inclined to spend the extra money on a personalized license plate, which I've never done (would rather spend it on fabric!), my family suggested RUNINL8. It's hard for me to be on time when I go somewhere - always one more thing to do before I leave the house.

"....she holds the key to Edens Gate, hidden somewhere deep inside" a song by Pat Green that I enjoy.

Hi Hosta, I love hostas (and Lilys) as well and was starting my collection - only at 30, then life changed and I had to move, wasn't sure where I would end up, so didn't take any of them with me. Now live in a townhome with hardly any space for planting, but have a couple hostas. Thank goodness hubby is trying, Sweet!
