I did it for the first time yesterday and it worked. When you type your post, at the bottom you see "Go Advanced." Click on that. Towards the bottom of the page that comes up, you will see "Manage Attachments." Click in that box where it's blue. A window will open and at the top it will say "Upload File from your computer." Then there's a browse button there. Click the browse button and find your file on your computer. Just under that browse button, there's a button that says "Upload File." After you have found the file on your computer click the "Upload File" button. A box should open in that window which shows you what file you are uploading. You can then close the window and post your post.
