    When I saw the first quilt I thought of fabrics I was gifted by my aunt that was a tote of solids labeled Amish fabrics.
    I like how you mixed the colors with the white or cream fabrics. Thank you for sharing.

    Am I understanding right that I would place a Light 6" square RSTG with a Colored 6" square and draw a line on the diagonal and sew 1/4" each side of the drawn line to make 2 hsts? What would be the finished size? Thanks for your help.

    Beautiful. Great way to reduce stash, but only if you don't by anymore fabric!

    Both very nice quilts and commendations to you for your donations. That said, I too am in awe of the first one, the never-ending variety of half-square triangles is amazing and this one is really neat.

    Yes copycat. My blocks turned out 5 1/2" when cut and pressed.

    Thank you all so much for your comments. I am working on another one and don't know how I am going to lay them out but you are so right there is an endless variety to placement of these gems.
