Belinda, you will find that the kit will go really fast and you can get it out of your way to work on your other projects.

Yesterday, I S&T, with my completed quilt at work and stired up a lot of interest there. I hope that I will get some quilting interest. The quilt are so adorable when comleted. I really do have to learn how to download the pix that I have in the camera.

And I did the same thing on the first one! I can recut and repin this one...does it really make a big difference? To me the 1 inch width balances the quilt better. But maybe there is a reason for a narrow binding. Help, please! (by the way, thank you all so much for all the inspiration and advice. I love this board!!)
By the way, this quilt measures 38X44.
What are the measurement of the completed quilt that you finished out of your stash?

To answer cherrybsixty, the 38X44 quilt was from my stash. The one from the kit was a bit smaller. I realized that I prewashed my own fabric before I cut it, and that was the difference! It was about 1-2 inches larger.
