Oh, no, another syndrome I've got! I could not describe it nearly so well as you did, but I know what you mean.

I look at all the fabric sitting on my shelves waiting to be made into something then see my sewing machine waiting to be used.

My stash keeping me going I guess.

A major weakness of mine is printing to many pattern, articles etc. from this post and the internet then wondering where I am going to put them all. I try really hard to keep them organized but can never seem to find them when I want them which leads to printing them again and then I am in paper overload. What's a lady to do.

Yes Yes Yes! But I also confuse work-related stuff with it; what a mess! Wonder if I could take my sewing machine to work?? Hmmmmm...

So glad to know others suffer(enjoy) from this disorder. I thought maybe I was the only one!! Love it!

When I am in that state, which is more frequent than I would like, I tell myself, "It doesn't matter WHAT I sew, I just need to sew something." When I start sewing the confusion tends to go away and I can get focused again. Staying away from the computer can be toughest part and walking down those stairs where my sewing studio is located can be even tougher.
