I just haven't been inspired with the "right" pattern and fabrics, but over the holidays I zeroed in on what it'll be, and once I get a couple other projects finished, then I'm ready to get going on it. I'm now thinking, so long as I have it ready for the christening. And like yours, mine will be larger than true baby size.

I too have several quilts I need to do before long. Niece expecting twins in April, another niece due May, DD has a SIL due with "triplets" in May/June so I guess that is six. Man I had better get my act together :-)
