Really, you don't have to be "good enough" --we all are constantly learning from each other and the skill level covers the spectrum from very inexperienced to very experienced. I encourage you to find a group you enjoy being with and join! And also, in our guild everyone is free to participate or NOT participate in whatever challenge or project is going on. No one "has to" do anything they are not comfortable doing.
