    Thanks I'm three weeks out, and doing pretty well. Still sore, but I'm able to doing basic chores, take care of the kids, do the shopping, and drive myself around (that's a big one, because I sure do like my freedom!). Not yet up for doing any sewing other than hand work, but I'll get there. This was my third surgery, and probably the most intense of the three - I had a mastectomy in January, and lymph nodes removed in March, and this was reconstruction. There's probably another one in my future, to tidy things up, but I think mostly the worst is over.

    Your quilts came out so pretty. Hope everything goes well with your surgery and wish you well for a speedy recovery.
