Now this one I love. I'd like to make it and it's easy enough to figure out. But time isn't on my side for all i want to do. Lovely quilt!!!

Here's my take on how to do that marvelous border: (I just used some strips I had left over so dimensions are not the same) Will post in the tutorials section the steps I took...

Yes this is exactly how the border is done - gosh you are so clever - it took me ages to sort it out! The pattern was a mystery quilt so I have written off to the source and asked if there is a name.
