Anti-fatigue mat---yes or no?

I bought 2 Twelve foot x four foot ones from U-Line for both sides of my longarm. I don't know for sure if they help because my feet sure hurt after a few hours of quilting but I'm afraid to try it without them...

Yes, I use the same things.....can pick them up a lot of times at garage sales.......use them on both sides of l/a and also in my sewing area......love the bright colors...and g kids love to rearrange letters....

I have 1 in front of my cutting table and 2 in front of my kitchen work areas. I love them. I find as I go through those areas I am always choosing to walk on them rather than my tile floor (concrete under the tile) Sometimes I think "wouldn't it be wonderful if the whole house was done with these things"

I bought a set of 3 that fit together on edges like puzzle pieces and put the strip in front of my quilting frame. It has helped a lot when I stand and quilt for long periods. I have hardwood floors and it was really getting to my back ( along with age. ) they were very inexpensive, don't remember exactly but was under $10 at harbor freight.
