My favorite (and VERY hard to find) is a shade of red that borders on orange. It used to be called flame red. I buy as much as I can afford whenever I find it.

Purples followed by jewel tones AKA: bright green, blue, fuchsia, gold. I am happiest when I'm using bright colors. Although I also like red, white and blue; make QOV too.

After Desert Storm, the only color I could work with was a pale blue. I could not wear any bright colors. Calming colors now are in the beiges, grays.
