Don't worry about putting everyone else to shame.

Last week I brought in two quilts and 6 place mats. The person after me had less, but her quilts were made from her mothers' blocks (always a show and tell winner), and she said neither she nor her siblings even knew her mother sewed. The blocks were beautifully embroidered. My friend had sashed and bordered them into quilts for herself and a sibling. She did a wonderful job.

No, I'm not jealous. Her show and tell was more interesting and beautifully done. Plus she shared a little bit of her mother with us. Who could ask for more?

That is a lot to accomplish. I would brag too if I had completed that many items.
