Terri - I know what you mean about cutting lovely fabric - I'm about to use some of the cream floral you sent me as a border on a Christmas quilt for a VERY good friend - and I'm nearly crying at the thought of cutting it! k3n, check out Leah Day's DayStyleDesigns.com for some FMQ ideas. I have learned so much there.

I have a yd of koi fabric and a friend who is wild about koi. What was the repeat on your fabric. Maybe I can make her something small. Thanks

Thanks Nicky, yes Leah Day is great I get her newsletters. I don't remember the repeat on this I would guess probably about 8" or 12". I know I have to split it lengthwise as well to get the six. This was over a year ago! :D
