    Awesome~!~~

PS. Is the kitty on the left the one in your avatar?????
    Hi SueIsAllAboutQuilts:
Yes, the kitty on the left is the one in my avatar. We foster medically needy kitties for our local animal rescue. We got this little girl when she was 1 day old. She went to pet adoption days the shelter puts on but she was nasty, spitty, hissy and growly to everyone who even looked her direction. We've decided she's happy with her home here. We have to laugh because we have 3 kitties who all did the same thing on pet adoption day. They guaranteed their return to our house be being horrible to everyone who may have been interested in them. She is totally devoted to us, especially to my husband, She's very sweet but can be mean, too. She's truly strange looking and acting. Her fur is like a Brillo Pad and it grows in every direction so she looks like an unmade bed. She's been unable to grow eye brows and when she does they are kinky and twisted as are her whiskers. The Shelter "expert" says she's a "strange Perm" which is a breed of kitty that usually has curly fur that is rough to the touch. She's here for the duration and we'll love her and care for her until she goes to kitty heaven!

ScrapQuilter: Need a close-up pic of your avatar!! Please

Feathers: Thanks so much for the link regarding the stockings. I have sent an email to a sponsor in Michigan. I hope to hear back from her very soon. I would really LOVE to get involved in this project!! Oh, and BTW: I'm sure glad you're feeling well enough to be able to get in some sewing. It is bound to help the healing process. 8-)
