Lynnie that is a real pretty tote bag. I like those colors, and the pattern.

Peg hope you can sleep tonight.

I also love seeing any pics. Are those the Hamilton bags? Very nice.

Lynnie what a bright bag you made

I did mail my swap today and after shopping and on the way home there was a tornado warning a few cities from me. The sky was so dark and then it started pouring and so windy. Only a few tree limbs on my way and then all of a sudden everything stopped and the sun came out and a nice blue sky.

I took these this morning of my messy flowers

I hope everyone has a great day

Love your flowers. Wish I had your fence.

It's getting windy here this afternoon.

Pretty flowers Pat.Last night we had a lot of thunder and lightning and lots of rain all night into early morning.Good for the garden and pasture. very humid and warm today. That's probably the storm you had pass through today Pat. I bought a new washer yesterday and I been trying to get the laundry caught up. I usually do laundry every third day so I don't get behind. Well my washer broke a week ago. So I finally have my last load in the dryer. Whew,I'm pooped. My husband has had my truck all day,so I didn't get my swaps mailed yet. They are ready to go for tomorrow. Lynnie I don't know how to start a new thread,so this one is fine for me.What ever everyone wants is ok. Just make sure I can find you if a new thread is started Ok?

That fence was there when I bought the house and I did put one along the other side when my alcoholic neighbors were really bad. 3 boys living there was too much. Now it's only 1 boy and his wife/girlfriend and a baby so now they are quiet. It looks like I'm getting more thunderstorms tonight and it's still muggy outside. It doesn't matter to me if we use this one or start another one.

Pat Yes they are the Hampton, with a slight change, didn't do the bottom as a separate piece like they wanted me to, did the first one like that and it was a bit complicated... So did it like we do the Bow Tucks... I tried to cut out my block for the block of the month at the quilt shop and I just couldn't get it altogether or cut out right.. So will try again tomorrow...Anxious to see pictures of your swaps...

to start a new thread.
go to the topic, swaps, and at the top of the screen (left side) it says, start new topic.
Mary, had the same problem, washer needed a $300 part. took two weeks to come in.
thank goodness it's fixed. it's funny what you get used to, isn't it? used to go to the laundrymat
every week, hated it!!!!

We're having tornado watches on the tv every few minutes for an area about 50 miles west of here. maybe we'll get rain too.

Mary, how is that cute baby calf doing, is it a bull or a cow? was such a cute baby.
