Well so much for my nice weather. It is 80 but the dewpoint is 70. I thought I could do without the AC. NOT. Now I'm waiting for thunderstorms.

Yes, sadly, I gave a friend of mine grief for cutting her finger the same way, and here I go and do it! It was a matter of cutting a small fabric piece with a big ruler at an odd angle. Hurts like crazy. Dr. gave me some Vicodin but I don't think I should take it until DH gets home from work.

Oh Peg. Did that a few times. I did it once at work, and they took my rotary cutter away.
i asked if they would take away the accountants pencil if he got stabbed by mistake. they didn't like that.
It's gonna hurt for a while. no sewing for you, or should i say cutting. mine grew bck, cut it to the bone, new blade.

It's stinkin' hot here. just watered the potted plants. i did it earlier, but they were thirsty. it feels like a storm is a brewing. i wish. it would cool it off a bit.

did everyone get their pincushions/needlecases out in the mail today.
