    I've decided on this one, thanks everyone for the ideas. It's going to be a long project as I'm just doing it in between projects but I'll post when I have progress to report

    I agree with looking at Bonnie Hunter's website. I've been doing a lot of scrappy lately and she has excellent ideas.

    Looks like a fun quilt and yes this type of project takes a while...but worth the effort IMHO...good luck!
