What's Behind Your Quilting Board ID?

The kids got bored with calling me Mum, so it got changed to Muv, and my husband became Farve to match.
The Mitford sisters (Americans, if you've never heard of them, get googling) used to call their parents Muv and Farve, so I can happily say that if it was good enough for Lord and Lady Redesdale it's good enough for us.

What an interesting thread this has been to read. My name was given me by my best friend that I met at our 50th high school reunion last year and we have now are very happily connected. He is Sir John

When I first joined the board, it said Name - so I put my real name in! Then realized how all my posts came up if I googled my name! I asked Admin if I could change it!
